职责概要:<br />
销售总监领导和负责本集团中国区的医院和诊所的服务销售工作;<br />
对现有客户以及B2C,B2B和B2D等渠道开发的新客户的销售确保营收增长;<br />
销售总监亲自或通过领导下属履行下列职责:<br />

1.制定和实施有效的销售策略,销售预算,完成销售目标;<br />
2.为所有的销售团队成员提供培训、支持和领导团队,以确保完成销售指标;<br />
3.与其他合作部门的核心员工建立高效专业的合作关系;<br />
4.与大客户直接谈判并达成协议;<br />
5.监控和分析绩效指标,并提出改进建议;<br />
6.制作月度,季度和年度销售预测分析报告;<br />
7.研究和确定新的潜在客户和新的市场机会;<br />
8.提供符合客户需求的及时有效的解决方案;<br />
9.与市场部紧密合作,推动新产品的开发;<br />

汇报对象:<br />

责任范围:<br />
管理中国区各销售部门的所有员工,并负责所有销售部门员工的绩效管理和人员招聘;<br />
<br />
任职资格:<br />
1.有在B2C/B2B直销渠道部门15年以上的经验,其中至少有5年在中国的管理高效销售团队的经验;<br />
2.了解CRM管理软件,有理解和分析销售业绩指标的能力;<br />
3.良好的沟通和团队管理能力;<br />
4.具备解决问题的能力和技巧;<br />
5.能按公司需求出差;<br />
6.销售,工商管理或相关领域的学士学位;<br />
7.普通话和英语流利者优先;<br />

Summary of Responsibilities:<br />
1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets and specific <br />
Goals;<br />
2.Provide training, support and leadership to all nationwide sales team members to<br />
ensure all revenue targets are met;<br />
3. To establish a productive and professional relationship with the key employees of other <br />
departments;<br />
4.Directly negotiate and close agreements with large customers;<br />
5.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;<br />
6.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;<br />
7.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities<br />
8.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs;<br />
9.Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation and new product development;<br />

Supervision Received:<br />
This position is the chief operating officer;<br />
<br />
Supervision Exercised:<br />
This position is responsible for the management of all sales staff in China, and is responsible for the performance management of the Department and the recruitment of staff;<br />
<br />
Knowledge and Experience:<br />
1. At least 15 years experience in B2C and/or B2B direct sales channels of which at least 5 years in managing a high performance sales team in the People’s Republic of China;<br />
2. Knowledge of CRM software coupled with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics;<br />
3. Strong communication and team management skills;<br />
4. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude;<br />
5. Availability to travel as needed;<br />
6. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field;<br />
7. Fluent in English. Mandarin speaker preferr<br />
